Resetting device lock

 

While protecting a file, you may have chosen 'Lock file to device on first use'. This feature allows the file to be opened only from the device it's first opened on.

In this section, we'll see how you can remotely remove this lock. Once the lock is removed, the file can be opened on any supported device by authorized recipients.
